Please advise on how to post explicitly with out being blocked or banned. Btw, love your blogs!!!

In the couple of years that I’ve been on and off of this app, I’ve gone from being able to post without issue to not being able to post at all. Most recently though it is posting some but not all videos with no real consistency. I just keep trying. I’ve yet to have a blog shut down. Most of the time it’s me that deactivates.
